SingNet MIO
Don't sign up for it, the connection is unstable and slow to the max. Worse still, SingNet customer service sucks to the core. Problem remained unsolved after more than a month of super lousy Internet connection at home. Cannot even load a simple web page and there was once that my family had to go without Internet connection for more than 5 days because they could not send anyone down to fix it earlier. Isn't that ridiculous? I cannot believe a company of this size does not understand the importance of customer retention V.S. customer acquisition...
