WTF?
This is highly dangerous!
On a closer look...
As you can see from the 1st picture, this shot was taken at T-junction. I have no idea what the construction workers were thinking, where was the safety, man? The huge and heavy wheel were merely stopped by a rock and a wooden block? And there were no one there to guard that damn wheel? What if some mischievous dude decided to remove the stoppers and then a car happened to be making a left turn then? He would be crushed by the rolling wheel lo... I forgot to mention that the wheel was rested on a down slope. I am sure that would have made it to the headline of Stomp...
