NS Portal
And I was damn surprised at the efficiency and accuracy of the work of SAF for once. I emailed them a while ago which was already past 10PM (and I did not expect to receive a reply at night) regarding applying for exit permit etc, thinking that I might only get an ambiguous reply earliest the next day. And man surprised I was to receive a reply (not those automated ones la) stating clearly what I wanted to find out. Ok there was a spelling mistake but that proved that it was manually typed out~ I have a hunch that it was some poor NSF serving his night duty~
